PUBLIC FOOTPATH LA13 – ROTHERSTHORPE & PUBLIC FOOTPATH KX2 – MILTON MALSOR) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
Rothersthorpe Parish Council have been advised of a footpath closure with no provisioned diversion, within the Parish bounds that will affect rights of ways between Rothersthorpe and Milton Malsor on the Canal Tow Path.
The path will be closed from the old drawbridge (wild garden area) and across the A43 towards Milton Malsor.

The Parish Council would like to politely remind residents to be respectful to each other by ensuring that they do not block other people's driveways, do not park on footpaths, and ensure that any overhanging foliage is cut back.

ANESCO appeal planning refusal - Gayton Solar Farm
Following pre-application discussions, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Screening, and public consultation in 2021 ANESCO submitted a planning application for the development. The planning application was refused by West Northamptonshire Council.
ANESCO state they have considered options and have submitted an 'Appeal' against the decision.
